Catholics have long honored the Blessed Virgin Mary during the month of May. To symbolize her significance in the Church and in our lives, the May Crowning is held to honor Mary as the Mother of God and as Queen of Heaven & Earth. This tribute remains throughout the entire month of May in order to commemorate the importance of our Blessed Mother in our Church and in our personal lives.
